This is a good investment,, really. You should get one for your family. This is good for every home in the US. My daughter is no longer scared to sleep in her room knowing that ADT is keeping her safe. more

1 to 3 years contract 10/28/2012

They have variable length contracts from 1 to 3 years (for most alarm companies, shortest is 3 years), AND, you own the equipment after the contract period (which is relatively insignificant anyway as far as price of an overall average system). more

Our experience was nothing less than the best. Our salesman and took plenty of time to learn our lifestyle and home security needs. He made recommendations that made sense and did not try to up sell me on extra bells and whistles. He did inform me of other features I could get, but did not pressure me to sign up for more than I originally set out to do. more

Appalling service from ADT Security System . Lousy response to call-outs. Constantly having engineers out for find non-existant faults. Four hour wait for engineer to arrive. System keeps glitching. I will be doing everything to get rid of them from my premises and will never use them again more

They will refund the installation price and pay all monitoring fees if they are not able to fix your problem or resolve your issues. And if you have been living in your house for more than 2 years, ADT will give you a Premium Mover’s Package on your first move, which includes a free home security alarm system for the new house as well as a 10% discount on upgrades. more

All in all, I think that having an ADT box on the outside of my home is a sure way to tell all the opportunist intruders that I'm not messing around when it comes to home security. Granted, it is £25/month, but for that I get piece of mind knowing that if my alarm goes off for any reason, I get police/fire brigade response and I know that someone is on their way in an emergency. I found that going to an ADT authorised dealer was cheaper than going direct to ADT. Once installed, you are 'handed over' to ADT for the term of your contract. more

excited to have my ADT 9/23/2012

Well, my siblings were shopping yesterday and we talked about burglaries that our Aunt experienced recently. We all decided to get a package from ADT. We were happy to get their service. We will have the installation tomorrow!! I am really excited that is I wrote this review in advance! more
