Small domestic pets like dogs and cats usually trigger alarms, but ADT's high-grade sensor will not detect them. Much reliable system. more

ADT is a combination of quality, Security, and Affordability. It can be tailored to our specific needs, preferences and specifications. I think the system is excellent and it?s the best surveillance setup for the money. Finding a quality monitoring system for your home is not an easy task as there are so many options. more

At first, I was hesitant to get an alarm system, but after our next door neighbor had their house burglarized while on vacation, we are so glad we got ADT. more

Low rate! 12/4/2010

My insurance agent (Aaron Johnson) at American Family Insurance referred me to Leilani at Gaylord Security. I was very please to be able to find an ADT monitored security system for my business at such a low rate. The install was not only affordable, but quick and efficient as well. Whenever I have a question the customer service is great. I was so pleased that I had the system installed in my home as well. I recommend Gaylord Security to anyone looking for a quality security system. more

Safe and great CSR 11/24/2010

I never felt safe this way. It was only last month that I called them and I am very secure in my place. whenever i have problems, their CSR is really fast in attending my needs. more

I just got my system installed today. The Sales Professional that came to my house, was very professional, I signed up with him on the appointment day and saved $1,500. He designed the perfect system for my family. Installer was very professional too. I will definitely recommend MHB for an ADT Security System. more

ADT here in Douglas County, GA is HORRIBLE. Avoid them! Our installer was so bad that the system appeared to work fine but we had no signal going to the ADT monitoring station for months. We received no credit. Now, we have the system not working correctly again. The service tech was supposed to be here yesterday but no-showed. A day of pay is lost when one takes the day off to await ADT. They rescheduled for today and it isn't looking so good. ADT refused to give us any real credit. They offered to credit the last few days of down time at a buck a day. They are nasty to deal with and like to remind you that you are stuck in a contract with them until 2011. more

Impressed by ADT 10/29/2010

ADT impressed me from the moment I called. Their sales staff were friendly, but not too much like used car salesmen, (if you catch my drift). They installed my security system within a few days of my order, and so far, everything is working perfectly. more
