Being a first time home owner, I was particularly concerned with my safety and the protection of my property. I was referred to an ADT salesman, who arrived and assessing the situation, came up with an affordable plan for me. I signed an agreement for the plan, and the next day a technician arrived and installed the alarm. He then made sure I understood how to arm and disarm the system. I was also given easy to follow step-by-step instructions and a video. They do want to make sure you understand the system. They want to avoid 'false' alarms, and you are only allowed three a year, before they won't monitor you anymore. Seems false alarms cost money and police time. more

I never felt safe this way. It was only last month that I called them and I am very secure in my place. whenever i have problems, their CSR is really fast in attending my needs. Please try ADT. I recommend it to you. they are great and amazing people, they will take care of you place. The system is 100% effective. more

They have been so rude to me over the phone, when I simply asked them if they could email me a copy of my contract, that I've actually cried. I never know companies this horrible could stay in business. I warn everyone not to make the terrible mistake that I did, and stay far far away. more

ADT has been the most valuable investment I've made for my family. I cannot just take for granted the safety of my family's safety, This is a good investment,, really.
