DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Please read the reviews and listen to what the 1 star reviews are saying. This company is a rip off. I had a small gas leak and all I wanted was a cap put on a gas line. The plumber, Rocco, charged me $500 to cap the line and remove the pipe. The job took him less than 45 minutes and no materials. Unfortunately, I was a sucker and agreed to it. Later I found out what a ripoff it was. I will never use this company again. They send out a technician that does nothing and this costs $99.00. Then you call back or they will reschedule so that a technician that can do the work will come out. This technician overcharges and tries to create work on the spot. Just read the reviews from other customers that have 1 stars. I wish I would have done it before I called them. more

These guys are awful... had them come out for a few minor plumbing issues, the guy quoted me a ridiculous price, then quoted me a slightly less ridiculous price when I balked at his original quote. The tech was here for all of 15 minutes (most of which was spent writing an estimate) and tried to get a $50 service fee out of me... Told him I wasn't paying for him to come over and try and steal my money, he was offended that I didn't appreciate his plumbing acumen, and that I didn't understand that I was paying for his skill blah blah blah.... When I pointed out that the girl who booked the appointment could have just as easily read the price book that he got my quotes from and saved all of us a lot of time, he ranted about her inexperience as a plumber and how there is some negotiating and various other factors that go into the final price. My question is, why isn't your price, your price? Why try to rip me off, see if I go for it, and when I don't go for it, lower the price? I certainly understand that there is wiggle room with all contractors based on the scope of the job etc., but it seems like it's their business model to quote exorbitant prices and then come down to make it seem like they're doing you a favor. This is simply not a good way to do business. I called someone else and got the problem(s) fixed within 2 hrs, for $900 less than AAA's quote. I have no problem paying a fair price for a good job, especially when it comes to plumbing... but I refuse to get ripped off, and I refuse to pay someone $50 because they came to my house and tried to rip me off. I highly recommend that if you need service done, look elsewhere and save yourself a TON of money. more

I called AAA for an electrical repair and when I refused to set an appointment because of a service charge just to give a quote I was given to a supervisor who waved it . BIG MISTAKE The electrician showed up and and told me he could find out why my fan/ light didn't work and it would cost $150 for the diagnosis. After taking off the switch plate (3 min of work) I was told my switch was bad . THAT WAS $150 WORTH OF WORK ? I was now told the rate to repair would be $230 . I felt stupid enough already and told him I would repair it myself. This job took me a $3 part and 5 min. They called two days latter to see if I was ""happy"" and left a message. When I returned the call I spoke to two different people because the customer service manager as out for the day. I was not asked my name when they found that I had a complaint. Two days latter I sent an E mail from their site. Two weeks have passed and no response. Their customer service dept must only take care of HAPPY CUSTOMERS. I AM NOT ONE ,$150 for a man who was in my home for no more than 15 min , ($600 per hour)and did nothing I will not call them again and I advise that you don't either. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS WHO THINK THAT THEY WERE TREATED UNFAIRLY more

That very well may have been the BEST plumbing experience I have ever had. I would most definitely recommend AAA to anyone and already have a couple of times! Tom, our Service Tech, was the most friendly, informative, professional and courteous Service Tech I have ever encountered! I would give that guy a raise! The price was fair and reasonable. more

Dumb, dumb, dumb, live and learn… you would think by the time you were of retirement age you would not fall for fancy advertising.. but I did.. AAA Service was polite and prompt but when they quoted $7200 for a new A/C installed I wondered. I checked with other reputable A/C dealers it was $3000 less - that made me wonder about what they charged for a ‘hard start kit’ to keep my old A/C working – I should of done my homework – like I said “live and learn” BEWARE… more
