A Touch Above Wellness Spa

I read the reviews but decided to make my own decision on this place. I’m under going cancer treatments and have had a lot of back pain. I was recommended to Candice who I Bellevue owns this facility. She was beyond amazing. I’m very greatful to have been referred to her. All I can say is don’t believe everything you read and make your choice. Would highly recommend this place more

I came across this place and have read your reviews. I don’t think many customers understand the frustration businesses deal with in terms of GC. They generally have to have rules in place when it comes to these. I personally am a clue t of the owner and the scams I have heard clients pull with gc is crazy. You name it , it’s been done. I’m a customer of hers for 18 years and she is like family to me now. Rules are all posted on the business site. more

I had a similar experience regarding a gift certificate. Over the years I had many wonderful massages, and found the therapists to be extremely courteous and professional. My complaint is to do with the owner, who seems to have no concept of good customer service. Regretfully, I won't be going back. more

I was in today, among many other times, and saw Corey!! He had magic hands and was a pleasure. The spa is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean too. I go often enough because her prices are the best around as well. I can’t say enough positive things about that place so I definitely recommend to anyone looking for spa services to give them a try :) more

These reviews are funny. Rules are in place because people love to scam places like this. I’ve been a client of this facility for over 16 years. I’ve moved with them from place to place and watched them grow. I’ve seen the many different scams they have endured and it’s no wonder they want the original gift certificate handed in. Maybe the person who lost hers should have been more careful. Just saying. more

I’ve been getting a massage with Bethany for years. She is great but tends to talk a lot. , My husband bought me a gift certificate for 3 massages. I misplaced my certificate. Candy refused to honor my 2 remaining massages even though I had a copy of the certificate and they (Candy and Bethany) both knew the certificate # & how many massages I had left. They apparently don’t care about their clients. I even tried meeting them half way by suggesting I get 1 massage and waive the other one but Candy said no. Not very businesslike !!!!!!!!! more

Ive been getting massages bi-monthly for yrs and this was the worst I ever experienced. From the call when I set the appointment I knew I was getting shafted. The staff scheduled me with one girl while saying I think she will do the coupon, then changed it saying this other girl will be ok... she is good too... The girl was nice but not very good; so much for relaxing, she talked the entire time! When done she never asked me if I wanted any water (Id buy it if it was offered) and she never shared the importance of drinking water like many other establishments I have used. She didn't even walk me to the door or desk! When I went to leave no one was at the desk... maybe not in the building.. I stood there for almost 10 minutes... and then left... A Poor Joke! more
