My family and I lost the entire 1st floor of our home on May 2nd, 2010 to the Nashville flood. Like many other families we scrambled to try and make heads or tails of the situation. After several phone calls to other storage facilities, I came upon A+ Storage. From the moment I placed the call to Robert Craig, I was treated with professionalism, compassion and concern for me and my family...I was staggered by how genuine Robert was in inquiring about the details of the flood and in his efforts to assist us. From beginning to end I have to say I have rarely had such a fine experience in dealing with a local business...anywhere, at any time. The communication, facilities, staff, pricing/value, were all excellent. Robert could hold small business seminars to teach business owners how to win repeat business and establish brand/customer loyalty. Exceeded my expectations 8/2/2010

Robert Craig and his team at A+ Storage really know what they are doing in the storage business. They are helpful, professional, accommodating, and the storage units themselves are clean, cool, and safe. I could have not asked for an easier move to Nashville. Not only did A+ Storage provide large dollies for move-in, but the elevators are very large and the facility keeps the temperature very cool (great for summer move-ins!). Mr. Craig even offered me a discount for which I had no clue I qualified! This is an excellent business that exceeded my expectations. more

A+ is the best storage that I have rented from. Customer satisfaction is a must to them 7/21/2010

I rented with A+ from 9/09 til 7/10. The manager Robert was always very concerned about his customers and their satisfaction. This is the only place I will ever rent storage space from in Nashville. Thanks for being the company you are more

Great location, great units, and very friendly staff! 6/24/2010

I rented a storage unit from the location in The Gulch last month and have had no problems or complaints. The price was good for the size and I never worried about the safety of my belongings. Robert Craig, the manager, was extremely friendly and very helpful--he was always willing to go beyond the call of duty to help. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing storage space! more

Great service, friendly, helpful staff 6/15/2010

We moved to Nashville about a year ago and needed to put some of our things in storage, and were looking for something climate controlled. We didn't get into town until late on a Saturday night, and one of the staff stayed late until we arrived even though it was a few hours after they would normally be there. They have always been very accommodating and easy to work with. Their facilities are very clean, secure, and safe. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage space in the Nashville area. more

SO impressed with the service 5/25/2010

I was looking for storage for the first time and was doing my research. I emailed a bunch of storage places and as soon as I emailed A+ I got a cal where they answered every question I had. They were so helpful! He was right on responding to emails, calls, etc. That made me feel like I was a priority for A+ where at other places I got the run around. I decided to go with A+ even though it was more expensive than some other big name places because of the service. If I was keeping all of my stuff there, I wanted to feel comfortable. I was even more impressed when I went to get my key etc. The cleanliness, security and service again were outstanding! I'm so glad I chose A+. Thank you so much for taking care of me. more

Excellent, secure facility for your belongings, wonderful friendly staff 5/3/2010

I moved to Nashville almost a year ago and needed a place to store some of my things. I called several places but A+ storage returned my call immediately, helped me find a unit and personally taught me how to access their secure, indoor building. The whole staff is great and willing to help in anyway they can and I always knew my things were safe. They make moving easy by providing carts, dolly's elevators and an easy loading zone. I would tell anyone who wants a reliable company to store their posessions to go to A+. Its been a great experience. more

Highly Recommend this Storage Facility! 2/2/2010

Wonderful customer service!!! My boss and I have been in and out of Nashville for work for the past several months and have needed a storage unit to send various items to. We were notified by A+ Storage whenever anything was delivered to our unit and was so attentive with anything we needed. All of our things were safe and it was easy to get in and out of our unit. The best storage space in Nashville! 12/30/2009

Not that a storage space should have an "ambience," but A+ Storage does. An inviting, modern front office gives way to neat little grids of storage spaces. If you squint your eyes, you could almost trick yourself into believing they are condos. Robert Craig is personable and helpful, and I felt like my belongings would be incredibly secure. He makes the entire experience painless, and I would highly recommend A+ Storage to anyone in need of space for their things. more

Best Storage Facility In Nashville! 12/15/2009

Using A+ Storage (Division Street) over the past six months has been such a great experience. Robert Craig and his staff are helpful, friendly, and run a superior business. The units are secure, very clean, and incredibly convenient to anyone living within ten minutes of the Gulch. I have not had a better experience with any storage facility in the six years that I've lived in Nashville. I'll definitely be recommending A+ Storage to any of my friends who need a place to keep their belongings safe for a very reasonable price. more

Amazing service ... esp for someone moving to the city 12/4/2009

i just moved across country and had my stuff moved out first. I hadn't seen the place but they took care of everything for me it was great. When i got to town later I came by and all my stuff was there in the unit perfectly placed. I would recommend this storage to someone that wants safe and reliable storage. A little pricy but worth it. more

I have never had such an amazing experience with a manager and company than dealing with Robert Craig at the downtown Nashville A+ Storage. Robert has always been and still is extremely helpful, quick to return my calls, and answer any questions I have. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer has everything they need, and he lets you know you can always call back. Personally, he has offered me some ideas I never thought of in regards to what I should do with my storage unit. My personal belongs have been stored in Robert Craig's A+Storage for over 2 years, and I have always felt taken care of and known that my belongings are safe and secure. I highly recommend you contact Robert Craig at A+ Storage for all your storage needs. No matter where you are at in the process of it all Robert will be helpful. more

Our experience with A Plus Storage has been absolutely wonderful. We decided to use them because of their customer service: They communicate well and cater to their clients. We have been using A Plus for a little over a year now. They are timely in getting back to us if we have questions and more than willing to work with us if we need to change spaces or add another space. They understand that moving is stressful and try to make it as easy as possible for you. They will meet you early or late if need be. Their facility is always clean and well-kept. There is always a friendly person to greet and help you when you walk through the door. We have a lot of volunteers who go there to pick up things from our storage space, and A Plus Storage has been helpful in working with those volunteers as well. If you are looking for a clean storage space and a service-oriented company that will take care of any issues that arise, A Plus Storage is top of the line.
