A clear focus on customer service and satisfaction 3/20/2013

I rented climate-controlled storage from A+ Storage downtown for over 5 years. Robert Craig, the manager, was kind, thorough, helpful, and professional. The facility is tidy and well-maintained. There were also none of the "surprise" rent increases that you often encounter when using self-storage. Overall, it was a fine experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Robert and A+ Storage. more

Amazing Customer Service & Easy to Access Storage Area 2/22/2013

As a first time customer and newbie to using a storage facility I can truly say that I was blessed to find A+ Storage! Upon walking into the front office I was provided with a tour of the facilities and shown a storage unit perfectly suited for my needs. The price point was more than reasonable, the unit was easy to access and it was a climate controlled area. Since the flood in Nashville I have become very aware of the importance of making sure my property is safe. That being said, when I finally finished loading "my life" of boxes into my storage unit and locked the unit door, I can say that I confidently walked away with peace of mind that everything I owned was safe and sound. I strongly encourage everyone to use A+ Storage. more

An exceptional experience! 2/7/2013

My wife and I needed temporary storage for some family heirlooms. When we met with Robert at A+ Storage we felt we had made the best decision for where are valuable property would be stored. We highly recommend A+ Storage to everyone!!! more

Worth the extra $ 1/10/2013

A+ may be slightly more expensive than other storage units around Nashville, but you get more than your money's worth here. The owner, Robert, is one of the friendliest clerks I've met in Nashville, and genuinely cares about his customers. The facility is super clean, temperate, and features these cool floors that allow you to easily slide furniture with no damage (which really helped me move my 300 pound sleeper sofa). Thanks A+ more

Easily the nicest cleanest place to store, in in an awesome and convenient location for anyone in the Gulch, Downtown or in the 12th South area. The owner is extremely helpful, and a pleasure to do business with. If you look at multiple places in the Nashville area, this is clearly the nicest, and yet still competitively priced. I highly recommend A+! more

I had reserved storage space at another facility, sight unseen, and when I went to receive my shipment, I had an uneasy feeling about my safety, the safety of my belongings and the ability of the facility to provide good service. I googled nearby storage places and went and checked out A+ Storage and IMMEDIATELY changed my venue. From the moment I stepped in the door and was so warmly greeted by Robert, I knew I needed to store my valuables here. There was ample room for the truck to manuver, well lit and monitored storage space and it was sooo clean. I would recommend it to any and everyone with storage needs. more

Best Place in Town for Storage 8/21/2012

A+ Storage has a very clean, convienent, and climate controlled facility. Its location works well for summer storage for college students. Convienent location worked well for my daughter who has been going to Belmont the past four years. Management is great and very accommodating. I would highly recommend for parents or businesses looking for a great storage facility that is professionally run. more

Excellent experience! 6/30/2012

We were overall very pleased with our experience with A+ storage. Robert was friendly and knowledgeable in getting us set up. The location was incredibly convenient for us, and the climate controlled facility always felt safe because of the back gated entrance, no matter what time of day we went to drop off or pick up items.
