I have used Major Minor Services for quite a few different things, and in each case I get completely satisfactory work. Sometimes the work gets broken up by physical problems we hadn't anticipated, but generally they face up to them. They throw themselves back into getting done what has to be done. They are very good. I have used them for quite a long time. They have a tendency to get work on older buildings, and they can't anticipate everything they are going to run into because the nature of the buildings and problems, so you have to be a little patient. Honest and efficient. 11/12/2010

Major Minor Services has worked for me for about 15 years. They have done all my floors, all my decks, taken off wall paper, as well as done other things. I have a lot of wooden decks, maybe 2,000 feet, and they have done them all. The work is usually 95 to 98%, but he keeps coming back until it is done correctly. He came back for the floors a couple of times. He is usually the one to pick out that something is not quite right, not me. Evan is very honest. All the people he employees, and there have been quite a few over the years, have been trustworthy; I have never had anything missing from my house. I am almost always at work when they come in. more
