Major Minor Services has worked for me for about 15 years. They have done all my floors, all my decks, taken off wall paper, as well as done other things. I have a lot of wooden decks, maybe 2,000 feet, and they have done them all.
The work is usually 95 to 98%, but he keeps coming back until it is done correctly. He came back for the floors a couple of times. He is usually the one to pick out that something is not quite right, not me.
Evan is very honest. All the people he employees, and there have been quite a few over the years, have been trustworthy; I have never had anything missing from my house. I am almost always at work when they come in.
