Rude Staff... Scarry 2/22/2010

The gym staff, particularly, a light skinned African American guy, was rude and scared the hell out of me. He sent people to harass me because I did not have my towel in the Sauna. He was prejudiced and disrespectful. He mettled in my personal life. Be careful who you give your personal information to. His actions were nothing short of gang activity. The gym itself is somewhat, old, musty and dirty. It is not 24 hours on the weekends. more

a disgrace to the 24 hour corporation. 9/4/2008

this gym was a pain to find. who would have ever expected it to be below ground? it's downtown location doesn't make it very appealing either. i was approached by a number of vagrants looking for a quick buck. it was a terrible experience, almost as bad as going to arco ampm for gasoline. with the exception of the cardio equipment, a majority of the machines were outdated and unmaintained. the selection of machines seemed limited to businessmen and women that desire a quick workout in between their breaks. the instant i arrived, i felt uneasy and unwelcome. the front desk staff were unfriendly and unmotivated and the salesman was unusally pushy. the men's bathroom was clean, but lacked proper maintenance. there's a nice sized hole in the wall next to the stand-up urinals. there's simply too much to say about this gym and none of it is good. this particular facility is in need of a complete overhaul of staff and equipment. it was a terrifying mistake for ever considering this place wort more

Good location 4/13/2005

I love the location of this gym...it is lower level of a business center. If you go get a ticket stub at the parking garage and get it validated...you get 2 hours free.It has alot number of elliptical machines, lots of treadmills-newer machines. It also has outdated stair master machines that are in very poor condition- they aren't really even worth using. The gym itself is clean. If you go make sure you bring your own lock as this gym has no pay lockers, you would have to buy a lock if you want to make sure your items are safe and secure while you work out. I found that very inconvenient. Its not a bad place to work out...but I have seen better. PROS: location CONS: outdated stairmaster machines that are not kept up more

Small and Busy 3/25/2005

This place has great machines, but I've found that quite a few of the stationary bikes are not well maintained. I felt like I was playing musical chairs trying to find one that pedalled well, took a correct account of my speed, and was able to monitor my heart rate. The center is also very busy during lunch and after work. I found that I had to work my fitness routine around what machines were available. On the otherhand, the people and staff are friendly and helpful and the classes are great. more

Great place to workout!! This gym is very small. No pool, no basketball courts for those of you who care about that, but besides those things-it's great. It's below street level so you don't have people staring at you as they drive by. They also havea kids club for you parents out there too! more
