Oleg Klempner has ran away from his practice in Rego Park (Park Dental Care) and has gone to Manhattan to destroy more teeth. We didn't get Dr. Klempner to do the work on my child, it was an associate. Klempner didn't even present himself or check the work! The associate did NOT listen to the patient who was feeling pain after the lidocaine shot. Going back for a second treatment since my child had a temporary filling they changed their assessment and wanted to do more work. It was as if all they cared about was starting work and getting more money. I left immediately. I went to another dentist and found out that the dental procedure was UNNECESSARY. My child DID NOT need a root canal on a baby tooth. The tooth just needed to be extracted! Totally unprofessional and unethical. Check the web and you will see 1) Tons of fake endorsements for Klempner by his staff 2) Klempner has tried to cover his tracks by using different websites. I stand by my review, all klempner does is attack me instead of saying sorry. more

The staff is incredibly friendly and understanding. In the few times I've been, I've had little-to-know wait. The office is very clean and modernized. The dentist himself is very knowledgable and has great chair-side manner. Would highly recommend! more

i just been there once, and it was great! I haven't start anything yet with the doctor in terms of treatment, i went only for cleaning yesterday for the first time.. But great information he gave me, they explain everything in details and i love that, since im not american, and new in the country, i don't know how things work here. Diana, the girl at the front desk, she's amazing! she make your life easier with all the requirements with the insurance and everything else!!! im going back next week for filling, let see! suppose to be good! :) more

This was my first dental procedure other than the usual cleaning and after hearing the horror stories about my friend's dentist and needles. I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle both Dr. Klempner and his staff were. Everything went very well. more

I have to admit, it's been too long since I've been to the dentist. But I had no idea that dental technology had progressed so fast in the in a year...ok maybe it's been a year and a half. I was really impressed with the instant digital x-rays that showed up on a computer screen right in front of me as I was sitting in the chair. My hygienist was quick, thorough and friendly enough. She was helpful in giving advice on brushing to avoid sensitivity. This was my first visit and Dr. K didn't even smile or introduce himself when he entered the room. He did seem to loosen up slightly by the end of my exam, and he even thanked me for flossing daily. Over all I had a good experience. I left with a clean mouth and bag of trial sized dental goodies! Who doesn't love a free toothbrush? more

Second and possibly most important, Dr. K places premium on patient comfort and made sure I was comfortable before and during my procedure. Dr. Klempner and his staff are fantastic. The technology is second-to-none, i.e., the single tooth anasthesia machine, so you don't leave the office as mushmouth. Super-nice, painless, convenient. Can't recommend them highly enough. more

This was by far the most pleasant dentist experience in my life. Replacing old fillings was done with ZERO pain and also very fast. You cannot beat that. Highly recommended to everyone on Earth. I will only go to Dr Oleg from now on. Once you have the best, you stick with it. more

This was an amazing experience!!!!! I never imagined a visit to the dentist would actually be a pleasant experience. Another doctor recommended gum surgery in my case. Dr. Klempner was able to treat my gums non- surgically, with this new lazer. It is amazing! Staff is very friendly. An overall A+++++ experience, definatelly 5 star. A bit pricey but worth every penny!!! Pros: Painless Lazer Dentistry no Drilling!!!!!!! Cons: None more
