Excellent experience 1/13/2006

I have always have had such bad experiences with other eyeglass stores. That is until I went into 1010 Optics. Dr. Rozenberg and his staff were personable, friendly and highly experienced. I felt comfortable with my purchases, and I loved that the opticians were so fun and, not to mention, quite good at their jobs. The Dr. made me feel extremely comfortable, and was able to assses a problem that I had, that had gone unnoticed to all other eye doctors! All in all, 1010 is a great place to go, if you are looking for nothing less that top quality service and care! more

wow, if only all stores were like this one! the selection for eyewear is complete. service friendly and very professional. from the moment i steped into the store, i knew i was getting a pair from this place. i just loved what they had on the shelves. This store has a phenomenal selection of beautiful frames, and a staff that is particularly skilled at matching frames to faces. I get so many compliments on both my glasses and sunglasses. The service is thorough and professional. Highly recommended! Pros: selection, service, staff more

Best eyeglasse, contacts and exam ever 1/12/2006

Finally an optical practice that knows what they are doing.I was never able to find glasses that were comfortable or that looked great. I walked by 10/10 and wandered in. Their staff is extremely professional and knowledgable and they had the coolest eyewear. I love my 2 pair. This is the first time I ever said that about glasses. No pressure from these people, just great help. I also had a super sophisticated eye exam and am testing out contacts that correct your eyes while sleeping. They work! I don't need any specs or contacts while I am awake. I will keep one pair of new glasses for emergency, and they are switching the other pair for Maui Jim sun specs. These guys are the real deal. Pros: super eyeglass frames, super knowledgable, free bourbon, no joke Cons: no Saturdays more

I love 10/10. They alway recommend frames which look good on my face. Now I let them do the picking and then I choose. Afterwards, I get all the complements! They have done the same for every member of my family. :) more

But there is far more to 10/10 Optics than warm and fuzzy feelings. Theres is a first class operation. Not only does 10/10 have a vast selection of the latest in eyewear, their ever attentive staff actually takes the time to get to know you so they can match the style to the person. Technically, they provide a superior optical product so you not only look good, you won't sacrifice function for form. Yes, you can actually look great and not bump into walls. The folks at 10/10 will craft a look for you that you'll be thrilled with and that won't break the bank. Boutique service at sensible prices. If they would only start serving Scotch, I'd move in.
