Please be advised that we received outstanding service from one of your front desk people named Winnie. We were blessed to have her help us add a day to our reservation before we even arrived and then we received courteous, efficient and very professional assistance from her several times during our visit and at check-out time.
We would ask you to convey our thanks and perhaps do something special to recognize the excellent job she did with us. We look forward to returning to your hotel in the future and hope that Winnie will be there to greet us again. A large part of our favorable feelings about the Grant Plaza come directly from the very pleasant transactions that we had with Winnie when we were there.
