Businiess name:  System Pavers
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Don't use this company. We contracted Systems Pavers for a large job at our NYC home. After an over-the-top presentation, our salesman gave us a contract without pointing out that the California home office was not a party to the agreement. The job was not supervised and the workmen damaged several places including the curb and street area. Eighteen months later, the pavers sank in but Larry Green, the head of this company, claimed no responsibility to honor his advertised guarantee. Thisnon-action occured even after he had sent out several companies to inspect the damage. All of them said the job needed to be redone, but his only response was to send an unsigned letter that stated the NY Sysyems Pavers were now out of business and we could not be helped by the California main office! Yet the folder had only the CA address and phone number on it as did all the other promotional material. Fellow city-searchers beware of this company. They are just plain sneaky.
