I was in the military and been in and out of the gym for may years. I went after being referred by my doctor. They were great. When I went, they asked what music I wanted, let me know that heat packs are part of the treatment. Ellen is who worked on me and she came in asked me some key questions about my pains and went right to work. Yes I have been back for follow-ups to keep up with the wellness of my body. There were things she fix that I didn't know was wrong. I just figured was how my body was suppose to work.
I have friends that are contractors that go and love her as well. She is great but always booked. I have to book ahead. She has a gift.
Pros: Like home, upfront
