Mind-Body Connection

I was in the military and been in and out of the gym for may years. I went after being referred by my doctor. They were great. When I went, they asked what music I wanted, let me know that heat packs are part of the treatment. Ellen is who worked on me and she came in asked me some key questions about my pains and went right to work. Yes I have been back for follow-ups to keep up with the wellness of my body. There were things she fix that I didn't know was wrong. I just figured was how my body was suppose to work. I have friends that are contractors that go and love her as well. She is great but always booked. I have to book ahead. She has a gift. Pros: Like home, upfront Cons: no weekends more

I went when I was referred by chiropractor... my first and last session... FIrst off, I completely agree with below review... there is alot of gossiping within the staff and suprisingly the owner as well... (who i am not too sure of) I had been in there waiting on the table for 20-25 minutes after my set appointment time, and i could hear through the walls the owner and other girls talking about how "annoying" a certain customer was.. who may have just left there. I couldn't believe that they didn't realize i could hear through the thin walls... and also that i was waiting for 25 minutes with cold heat packs on my body... nobody ever came in to tell me i would be waiting that long!!! I was explained that I would have 15 minutes of supposed "heat therapy"...not 25 minutes of it.. wat a ripoff... then i got literally a 15 minute sessions of massage... paid 120 for the hour!!! i couldn't believe this i never went back after that first time because of how unprofessional they were and i did not get what i paid for at all... obviosuly my doctor is in cahoots with this woman and they refer patients back and forth to each other to make money that is all.... do not go there... unless you want to throw money out the window!!! I was referred there by my doctor for the medical massage and laser therapy on my neck .. i was surprised how much better i felt even after the first treatment. Pain I've had for years that i thought i would have to live with is now pretty much gone. I read the other reviews on this site and had to clear up some things since i think people are a little confused.. i usually get the target treatment.. which is NOT a 30 minute massage, it is a 30 minute Treatment in total including the heat and body work. The owner is a nurse and the treatment is comparable to any other doctors visits in regards to timing., Although i must say i have taken my friends there for just the deep tissue massage which now they're hooked. All and all I thought it was a great place, yeah the money adds up but its worth it. more

Too much gossip going on between the owner and the staff. Not professional at all. Paid to have a one hour massage and was left in the room with a hot pack on for 25 minutes! Completely unacceptable. more

Extremely overpriced for the amount of time I was actually massaged. I signed up for a 30 minute massage and I only ended up being massaged for 7 minutes!! They left me in the massage room with a hot pack for almost the 30 minutes. Therefore, I paid $50 to have a hot pack on for 23 minutes and massaged for 7! more
