My car has been the unfortunate victim of two run-ins with shopping carts and one slow-speed ding thanks to an errant driver in a parking lot.
This is my first experience with Rob and I highly recommend his service. He came to my apartment to fix a rather challenging dent (a crease on a front quarter panel over the wheel which impacted a body line) and now that he's fixed it I would have no idea anything ever happened there.
If you email him, he will usually respond quickly from his Blackberry and also give quotes by looking at digital pictures of your dent.
Prompt, professional and courteous, I highly recommend Rob for paintless dent repair. I'm sure I'll be back the next time I get nailed by another shopping cart.
