and it's April Lane's!!! Having my home cleaned is a luxury for me, something I never foresaw being a justifiable routine in my life. Since I found this company, I'll never turn back! First off, the customer service is phenomenal...I always receive a kind and helpful response to any of my questions or requests within 24 hours. I was admittedly apprehensive about letting a complete stranger into my home when I'm not there, so I especially loved being able to read a little bio about each of the cleaners on the website. I have the same cleaner every time, her name is Sheila, and she is just so great! Her cleaning is always thorough and consistent. Not to mention, I always leave her little notes and she always writes me back...I've come to feel like I know her even though we've never met, and I really enjoy that personal connection/touch. The routine has become so comfortable, and certainly the feeling when I come into my sparkling house is simply the best! Having had a few quotes from other companies to start, I feel the prices are very fair for the quality of service and attention you receive. They pay close attention to any details you point out regarding specific cleaning tasks and/or cleaning products you prefer to be used. Bottom line is this...I don't see how you could possibly find any better cleaning service...April Lane's is a solid 5 stars in my book! ...and now Judy's book too ;)
