Review content:
I am so impressed with Danbury Hospital- well my experience of it is in the Duracell Ambulatory Surgery Unit...My daughter was having day surgery and I was expecting a out of date usual awful experience that I have received at Norwalk ER or Stamford but was sooooo surprised- They were so on time and yes there were times when we had to wait but that was to be expected- However the experience was one of kindness all around. I was allowed to be with my daughter until she was wheeled into the OR. The nurse saw me laying on a couch in one of several waiting areas and brought me pillows- a warm blanket which she wrapped me in and came back with tea after asking me if I'd like it and how. I slept for the hour and the warmth from the blanket was so comforting- The nurses name is Faith and she was so lovely. Also the othe rnurses who took care of my daughter Barbra and all were smiling and warm....Norwalk hospital please take note-
