be careful joining synergy, check out the BBB website on synergy. if you want to cancel you must send a certified letter to their central office. if you call to cancel like i did and the person on the line says ok, make sure you get a receipt that your account is canceled. i canceled by phone and 4 years later a collection agency calls me and tells me that i owe money because in my contract in the fine print it says that the account auto renews unless you send a certified letter.
