I have visited this story on many occasions and have never had anything other than a great experience. The staff was always patient when answering my questions and very helpful in providing recommendations along with a rationale for their suggestion.
The store has quite a variety of items that I think you would be hard pressed not to find the item you are looking for. It may not be the brand you are after but I have to believe they would have something very comparable.
I will admit that many of their items will cost more than you might be used to paying, but all the items I purchased are very high quality that you really cannot get in this area. So on a quality to quality comparison I think their prices are very good.
I just purchased a pan that I believe cost less than a comparable one that I was thinking about getting. By the way the staff showed me the pan I eventually purchased, gave a brief explanations about it as well as some things to consider and then after being sure I did not have any further questions left me so I could decide.
During this visit as with all previous visits the staff I spoke to were very knowledgeable about the products. Not just the claims made by the company but seemed to have had personal experience with using them.
I have been to many stores like this where you could purchase similar items but I think that the assistance the staff provided to me really insured I was buying something that did fit the need as I described it. So maybe I paid a bit more (I do not believe I did) but if I did it still is cheaper than buying something that does not work and you have to go buy something else to really get what you need.
