Review content:
We live in Fairport and we are willing to drive the 20+ miles for the expert and loving care all of the staff give to our animals.
For 6 years I have used Brockport Animal Hospital to give vet care to my 3 ferrets. Dr. Edwards has an amazing way with animals and people. He's a fantastic communicator and is a true expert on ferrets. Last year our last ferret died of cancer, after going through adrenal surgery and insulinoma, and I think Dr. Edwards was sadder than we were when we made the final decision to put Zucchini down.
A few weeks ago we acquired a puppy and checked local vets; wanting to keep spending down due to the cost of gas. Most wanted to push extra services for extra $$. I felt as though they were more interested in their wallets and the look of their building than they were in my puppy. We again turned to BAS and were given 5 star care.
Our puppy was spayed and caught up with shots, and it didn't break the bank. We weren't given sales pitches on "treatments we should consider" or items we may want to purchase. The staff treats the animals they care for as if they were their own. I can't say enough for this very caring and knowledgeable staff.
