I'm glad I didn't fall for the $1600 Kirby vacuum pitch. The owner of this store gave me 5 good reasons to choose a different model, and this is where I'll go when I'm in the market for a new machine. He's very knowledgeable about the models, and can pick one suitable for you in your price range. And he doesn't want to take your money for a repair you could do yourself. As a bonus he has a whole wall of Thomas the Tank Engine Merchandise, a train table for kids to play with and an electric engine running overhead.
