I decided to try out the Jay Michael Salon in Ardmore. I booked an appointment for a hot stone massage. When I arrived there, no one at the desk was interested in helping me, they were too busy talking to each other. I finally got someone's attention and they told me to go upstairs and wait. They never gave me a paper or instructed the massuse what kind of massage to give me. I ended up with a swedish masssage, which was ok, but not what I wanted. I came down stairs and WAITED for the girls to notice me at the desk. I could have walked out and they would have NEVER noticed. I told them that I didn;t get the kind of massage that I scheduled and the girl looked at me and said "well you should have told the massage therapist". I thought that was their job. Anyway, I asked how much I owed and neither girl could figure out the price and had to call someone on the phone to find out. Needless to say, I will never return there again and NEITHER SHOULD YOU!
