As the owner of The Pantry Door, I am disappointed to hear the comments about snooty staff. I can say I have replaced some staff that didn't meet our goals and I hope you find the service better. Our goal is to carry quality merchandise at good prices. You will find us on par with the leading kitchen stores such as Williams Sonoma, etc. We also want you to return so we never push merchandise on you that doesn't fit your needs just to make a sale. We continually add new items and have some very loyal customers who say they love shopping with us because of the service. The entire reason I opened the store is for the service of a small store compared to the large impersonal chains. Give us a try and you will be pleased.
