Located in the old Caravan of Dreams building, Reata Restaurant offers upscale Texian food: steaks. They have chicken and seafood, too, but forget all of that. Start with the been tenderloin tamales with pecan mash - they are nearly a meal. Then, go for one of the prime aged beef steaks - medium rare, the way Texans eat it.
Great service, ambiance and wonderful food. It's a bit pricy so save up first.
