Review content:
I think it is awful and going to make it so i will go somewhere else the day after Thanksgiving to do my shopping because i put my christmas presents on layaway at that time so my kids dont see the presents. We make decent money and are fairly comfortable so its not only the low or middle income that use layaway. However i live in a very small town of farmers and so layaway around here is very important to many because yes they arent always at the upper income level, i dont think the avereage american is at the upper income level most are at the middle or low income level so i think getting rid of layaway will be a big mistake. Walmart became who they were by good prices and layaway not by becoming something that they arent, they want to become a Target but if they want to do that then they need to offer better clearance items and have better sales, right now my store isnt doing that and I worry they wont be able to survive the new walmart image, like i said this area is made up of not rich people and layaway is a asset to here.
