If you are visiting the Pocono Mountains this Fall and decide to stay in Big Boulder, Split Rock or Snowridge Village, try the Mountain's Edge Restaurant.
The Mountain's Edge Restaurant sits on Big Boulder Lake and the setting adds to your eating experience. I wrote about my experience earlier this year and would like to share my review with all of you again.

I love the buffet on Friday night. I add a lobster tail to my buffet and I couldn't think of anything else to ask for. Even though it is a buffet on Friday night the service is just as good as any other time we've eaten there.
