Businiess name:  Law Offices of Jeffrey A Robinson

Review content:
Very bad experience. Incomplete and shoddy work, rude and arrogant behavior, and I also suspect ethical violations. I needed to get out of co-ownership of a house. Robinson had me sign a very rigid contract that detailed all of the myriad ways that he could collect payment if I failed to pay his fees. The contract, however, made no provision for his accountability for getting anything done. He dropped the ball many times, left critical detals out of the complaint, failed to file critical documents, filed docs late, failed to tell me he had failed to receive critical documents, failed to show up at mandatory hearings, tried to blame me for delays, failed to answer my questions about what his legal strategy was, charged me almost $11,000. for filing one civil lawsuit and attending only one pre-trial hearing. That's all he did -- and never said the case was anything out of the ordinary. His bookkeeper however, told me that his office was overbooked and understaffed. I paid half his bill and asked him to adjust the balance owing. He refused to discuss anything with me and immediately retaliated by sending my account to a pit-bull collections agency that violated every Fair Credit and Collections Law on the books. He also said that I owed the collections agency the balance and that I ALSO owed him the same amount -- instantly doubling my debt???????? Yes, the Attorney General and the WSBA are involved. Please do not use this lawyer.
