Good: My son and his friends got to paint their favorite characters. Then it was all downhill.. Bad: At my son's birthday party, the service was terrible at best. No smiles from any "employees". My mother, sister and I had to serve pizza to the kids. They expected me to cut and serve the cake myself. I had to get snacks and juice for all the kids. I could have done this in my house without spending close to $500! TOTAL waste of money! Worst of all, the manager yelled at me and attacked me after my husband spoke to her. She said I should have disrupted my son's birthday party to say something!!. Improvements: I would be happy if this place either just closed, or if it was sold to another party that has smiles on their faces, is willing to work, and understands customer service. Definitely not attacking someone who did not say anything to them!!. Other: They have absolutely NO regard for children. My mom and sister got there before me and the owner told them about the dirty parties with strippers they have there, in front of my 8-year-old and 6-year-old nieces!! They had pizza delivered for the parents first, and the kids were expected to wait. We were told not to let them to eat until it arrived! Sorry, I don't let a bunch of 4-year-olds and 5-year-olds go hungry or watch adults eat pizza and tell them they can't have any! Don't waste your money!.
