Review content:
We just had lunch at the Buffalo Wild Wings locally and I was a little disappointed. The wings were just mediocre but the service was awful. We sat down and it took at least five minutes for a waitress to make her way over to us....too busy talking. She brought menus and we ordered drinks. After about another five to seven minutes we got our drinks and ordered our food. It took at least twenty minutes to get our order, I had wings, and they were luke warm. I sent them back with the instructions that if they did not come back hot, I did not want them. They came back a little warmer but not really good. By this time, my lunch hour was over and I had them box them up. I wanted to talk to a manager but they said he was not in at the moment. I paid the bill, it took another five minutes and left. This is the second time we have had mediocre food and lousy service. We will not be returning to this location in the mall.
