Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar.

We just had lunch at the Buffalo Wild Wings locally and I was a little disappointed. The wings were just mediocre but the service was awful. We sat down and it took at least five minutes for a waitress to make her way over to us....too busy talking. She brought menus and we ordered drinks. After about another five to seven minutes we got our drinks and ordered our food. It took at least twenty minutes to get our order, I had wings, and they were luke warm. I sent them back with the instructions that if they did not come back hot, I did not want them. They came back a little warmer but not really good. By this time, my lunch hour was over and I had them box them up. I wanted to talk to a manager but they said he was not in at the moment. I paid the bill, it took another five minutes and left. This is the second time we have had mediocre food and lousy service. We will not be returning to this location in the mall. more

My husband and I ate here today. The restaurant is fairly new and is situated in Gulf View Square Mall. We entered the restaurant just before 1.00 p.m. We waited a few minutes for our server. We looked over the menu and I found Ribs and Shrimp combo for $9.99. My coffee came in a cardboard cup with a plastic spoon. I should have guessed. The meals came in baskets with plastic knives and forks. My shrimp were burnt to a crisp and were so small you could only taste the breading and my ribs were cold. The only okay food were the potato wedges. I had to get another server to find mine and she took the food back. Second time it was better, but my husband had already finished his meal. If I am paying $10 for a meal, with no bread or salad and plastic utensils then I will not be coming back. more
