Review content:
PAWS rescues pets that were on their last day in the animal shelter... and puts them in "foster homes" until they can be adopted.
Since they can't save all the animals, they choose only the ones that have the best chance of being adopted. So their dogs are cute and healthy. And since they're living with a foster family, they're less likely to have gotten sick from another dog.
