Review content:
The wine bar Purple in downtown Kirkland may be what you are looking for as I believe they do some wine tastings there. They've got a good wine selection since that is their forte.
The food there is good as well. If you know where the QFC and movie theater are in Kirkland they are in the same grouping of businesses but in a stand-alone building.
