I love this credit union. I've gone from Wells Fargo to Bank of the West to Washington Mutual, and USE is the first place that hasn't driven me crazy with the catches and the bad customer support and the constant weird fees for things I don't understand. USE has great customer service, great policies (if their website goes down or you get bad service, you get $6!) and awesome ways to invest. It can be hard to find an ATM, but they are part of a whole network of co-op ATMs - I can withdraw money for free from any 7-11, for example!
