I'm just going to guess that the negative reviews posted below are from the competitors across the parking lot.
I say this because their parking lot is practically empty every time I take one of our cars into service at AutoMark.
We have used AAA AutoMark for about two years now and have never had cause to mistrust them. Quite the opposite indeed.
The folks across the road need to understand that you cannot build your business by trying to belittle your competition.
There is plenty of service work to be performed in Wake County... if you just provided quality service as does AutoMark, you would get your share of the pie!
Pros: Friendly, reliable
Cons: long waits at times due to being so busy.
