I was treated professionally, not hurried, and the saleswoman was more than courteous and helpful. I was shown some options, but I fell in love with the floor model, a new 2003 Honda Accord. We discussed price, we discussed options and we came to a mutual agreement on price. The car was fully loaded and the price they gave me was perfect!
Since then, I have kept up the maintenance with Whitey’s. One of the best features Whitey’s has to offer is their expert service staff.
They notify you approximately when your car will need the required maintenance. I have always called to make the appointments, been given a day and time that is convenient for me, and always was taken when I arrived. The staff is always helpful and reliable. Most of the time I have someone picking me up so I don’t have to wait, but they do offer a courtesy bus to the mall or anywhere else you need to go, as well as pick up service. They also have a very clean waiting room with TV and coffee if you find yourself waiting for maintenance.
So far, my only trips to the shop have been for scheduled maintenance. Honda Accords are very reliable vehicles, and I have not had a problem since I purchased mine.
