Review content:
This is a fabulous retreat of a studio, and I know it has Beth's touch on every part of it. I was a client of Beth's when she was still working at Aura Wellness doing body wraps. They worked wonderfully, and she still does them now at Tula...if you need just a bit of help fitting into a dress or something special, this specific wrap will do the trick.
She's funny and great to work with, considering the process can be embarassing if you are modest (you'll be measured in your underwear before and after wrapping) but she makes it not bad at all.
I know she was a graduate of the Living Yoga Program, I beleive in Texas, and I have great respect for the teaching they do there and am considering the training myself.
The classes offered are varied enough and convenient enough for pretty much anyone. Let them give you back your sanity!
