first to clarify - i'm not sure if you have to be low-income or not for this class (most of the people in my class were) but i'm pretty sure that they'd take anyone...but anyways on to my review -- i signed up for this class to learn as much as i could before i had my son (and although i knew much of the stuff she presented, my so learned quite a lot)....if i remember right it was about a 4 week long class - just held once a week on a tuesday night and each night we would get different handouts, about different aspects of labor or childcare...she taught our partners about how to help us breathe, how to rub our backs during labor....another great things about this class is they give you a carseat (it's not an infant one, but the rear facing one for once they are about 23 lbs or so)....i loved this class & i met one of my closest friends through it! (we delivered a day apart!)
