The Amalgamated Sugar Company is the West's premier provider of high quality table and brown sugar. The Sugar Company purchases sugar beets from local farmers and then runs the beets through a series of processes that extract the sugar from the plant. This company provides hundreds of jobs to the local community and brings needed revenue to the area.
