I did a whole bunch of research and got 5 different bids before choosing SRC. Most of the bids were competitive but I went w/SRC based on their knowledge and a referral from a friend.
They're located in Tacoma but they do work all over the region. I live in Seattle and didn't have any problems with their being punctual. Their communication was very good, and whenever I had a question they responded promptly.
Even if you know beforehand who you're going to use to install your windows, it's very helpful to get multiple bids because window prices are negotiable and the leverage of multiple bids helps you get the best price.
SRC installed all the windows (13) in my house in 2 days. Their people kept the place very clean and did a really good job with the trim replacement.
Over all I was very happy with the service.
