Very, very impressed with the product and the staff. It has been a week and I still look at the new windows in amazement. They blend into the existing wood beautifully. They are so incredibly clean and bright. The owner was very straightforward and honest. The salesman did an excellent job explaining options. The installers were incredible. They were quality oriented it was a pleasure to watch them work. The fir and finish are all a fussy old man could ask for. I could have used someone cheaper but I wanted a quality job. What I got was much more than I expected. Highly recommend. more

I contacted several companies at the Puyallup Fair and listened to their sales talks, which were informative. Then a friend recommended SRC, and I got a better price and outstanding service and workmanship. These guys deserve the high ratings they have from the BBB and in other reviews. more

My DT Bellevue condo is a tough install dealing with brick and concrete. A number of companies would not even touch the job, but SRC did and did a fantastic job. I shopped around and I would certainly recommend this company. Most of the people I talked to reminded me of used car salesman, but SRC was profession in the design and install. more

I live half a mile from SRC's office and they put 19 windows and a slider in my house in ONE DAY! The crew was very professional and clean and was headed-up by the owner of the company, Erin. I liked that the owner was the installer: it made me feel confident in the job being done correctly. I did get three other bids and SRC's was the lowest, but I also went with them because they were local, in business for a long time, and the owner did the install. I have recommended SRC to two friends that also had very good experiences with them. more

I did a whole bunch of research and got 5 different bids before choosing SRC. Most of the bids were competitive but I went w/SRC based on their knowledge and a referral from a friend. They're located in Tacoma but they do work all over the region. I live in Seattle and didn't have any problems with their being punctual. Their communication was very good, and whenever I had a question they responded promptly. Even if you know beforehand who you're going to use to install your windows, it's very helpful to get multiple bids because window prices are negotiable and the leverage of multiple bids helps you get the best price. SRC installed all the windows (13) in my house in 2 days. Their people kept the place very clean and did a really good job with the trim replacement. Over all I was very happy with the service. more
