We used a particular Broker that is affiliated with this office.
Linda Lewis Bender was recommended to us by the bank when we were looking for a broker to buy our first house. Linda listened to our requirements for the area and for the house, and was able to recommend several houses to us right away. She showed us the houses that perfectly matched our expectations, and did not push us beyond the amount of money that we decided to spend on the house. Linda also referred us to a good home inspector, and to an attorney that guided us through the leagl aspects of the transaction. I think that she is a great professional, and a wonderful person to work with. She always returned our phone calls withing 15-30 minutes, regardless of the time of the day, and always had an answer to our questions.
I would highly recommend her to any home buyer, and to the first-time homebuyer in particular, because Linda knows the area very well. I would ask her again for help when I need to sell my house.
