POSITIVES: Called to let me know he was delayed with traffic. Although he was new to the company, he was familiar with his product and could speak about the various options and explained them well.
NEGATIVES: Out of business cards, wrote his estimates in a notebook and did not provide us with any literature (luckily we had picked up some information at another showroom so we were not totally ignorant about what he was speaking). He did not offer any suggestions or innovative ideas to help us make improvements with our home windows - just standard information. I didn't care for him bad mouthing the competition or his casual approach and hygiene where it came to his long finger nails. Also, they do not have a showroom.
Since this was our first interview with a window contractor/service provider, we have no comment on the price. Most likely we will not use them.
