Each time I visit my mom in Olympia we go out for brunch at Darby's and it's always packed. I get the tofu scramble and it's the best I've ever had! The scramble comes with a large side of hash browns. They also fresh squeeze the orange juice. I've been there for lunch once and got a temphe rueben, which was delicious. There is also a yummy vegan gravy on the menu. I got some to go once and used it with my holiday dinner. My mom likes the biscuits and gravy.
Pros: tofu scramble, oj good, friendly
Cons: packed, parking, close early on weeken
