Review content:
This company is very dishonest, insincere, and fraudulant. They will promise you the house of your dreams and deliver nothing but lies, shoddy work, and more lies. They go bankrupt and change their names faster than you can spell your own. They have been known as Crystal Lake Builders and now I think they go by Renaissance homes. Stay away!!
When you call, they are never there and when your lawyer files a complaint with them, they ignore it. When you fire them, they do not respond and when you go to Gerald Gay Sr, president, he denies knowing anything about it. He promises to look into it and get back to you but never does.
They will ask you for money to start even when you contract states payment is by reimbursement after work is completed and inspected. They will use every excuse in the book, try to confuse you and silence you.
Again I say Stay Away
