Review content:
I did my undergrad at UNO and overall was very pleased with the quality of education. Most of my professors were published authors and had field experiences to back up the classroom lectures. I started out in Education but due to all the red tape involved I switched to Broadcast Journalism. When life took me traveling (as it often does), my professors were understanding and helpful. Many of them seemed to care beyond the classroom and become friends. I do not like the way UNO seems to nickel and dime people though. Also, as stated in other reviews parking is a huge hassle. Student services is adequate but getting all the right courses in can be a huge nightmare. It is important to make frequent (very frequent) visits with your guidance counselor and keep informed of all the opportunities available.
