I started going to Ilovekickboxing because a friend of mine joined and loved it, I went on a trial and the first class I left feeling amazing. The first 15 minutes you feel like your not going to make it through it, but you push through and you leave feeling great. You can breathe better.
I was nervous that I would feel judged like at a regular gym, but not at all! Everyone is great, and everyone helps each other. We are all there for the same thing.
I do have to say that you may get addicted. You just want to do more and more.
So far, my experience has been extremely positive. I can't wait to see my results in the future and I hope you take the chance to have a great experience too!
