Best thing I have done! 3/2/2023

Best thing I have ever done for myself! I wanted to get stronger after having a second baby so I signed up for the challenge and I couldn’t be more thankful. I won thanks to this location, and it is the healthiest I have felt in over a decade. The classes are amazing, and the trainers are great, educated, motivating, and they kick your butt! I learned a whole new level of discipline that I was really missing before. Thank you ILoveKickboxing! more

Awesome! 6/9/2021

I started going to Ilovekickboxing because a friend of mine joined and loved it, I went on a trial and the first class I left feeling amazing. The first 15 minutes you feel like your not going to make it through it, but you push through and you leave feeling great. You can breathe better. I was nervous that I would feel judged like at a regular gym, but not at all! Everyone is great, and everyone helps each other. We are all there for the same thing. I do have to say that you may get addicted. You just want to do more and more. So far, my experience has been extremely positive. I can't wait to see my results in the future and I hope you take the chance to have a great experience too! more

I absolutely love iLoveKickboxing! I have never felt so good after a workout, mentally or physically! The instructors are encouraging and push you but aren't aggressive and in your face; the environment is so positive and fun. The energy of the entire place is centered around working hard and feeling proud of yourself, it makes me want to come back every day. My mindset toward my body and working out has completely changed. I've never felt more comfortable or motivated to work out. I actually crave working out now! I've always wanted to try kickboxing and I'm so so so glad I did it at iLoveKickboxing. more

Amazing workout. Great, personable, friendly trainers. They are so motivational! They don't let you quit. So far these workouts are like nothing I've ever experienced before. Everything hurt, but it felt SO good! Keep going back for more!! more

Great workout!! 1/26/2020

I have done the whole "gym" thing in the past but my heart was never really in it. The workouts were boring and I lost interest quick. Before joining, I got the ILKB Groupon and started to attend classes in Whitehall. The instructors, the music, and the different workouts each day have kept me engaged - I now look forward to going to each class. In fact, I try to go as often as I can. That's something I would have never said about previous gyms! more

Started with the groupon offer. Loved it and signed up to continue after trial. Great work out!! Each class is different enough to keep it fresh each time you come. The instructors are awesome and engaging. Full of energy and always willing to help if you need it. So much more engaging than just "hitting the gym". Actually look forward to coming to class!! more

I LOVE ILoveKickBoxing - Whitehall! I have never been a gym person b/c I honestly have no idea what i'm doing haha! In class, the instructors motivate you to keep pushing and provide modifications for any exercise. After only a couple months I upgraded my plan to unlimited b/c I can't get enough of this great class! I highly recommend ILoveKickBoxing to anyone who wants to push themselves to be the best self they can be in this amazing group that is like family! more

AMAZING WORKOUT 9/22/2019

ILoveKickBoxing is amazing! I look forward to going to class each and every week. The staff really takes the time to get to know every member and pushes you to work harder and grow stronger each and every class. It has only been a few months and I've already seen great results and overall just feel better about myself and I have more energy. I never thought I would find a workout plan that I would be able to stick to with my crazy work schedule. But if you plan accordingly, you can do it! I would highly recommend ILoveKickBoxing to anyone who wants to push themselves to be the best self they can be in this amazing group that is like family! more

I love ILKB 8/28/2019

I was really nervous about joining, since it's hard for me to be physically active but it was really fun! When I first started the hour long sessions used to feel like they were dragging but now I barely look at the clock and when I do, I'm already half way through. The instructors are awesome and always change it up for every class. It gives me something to look forward to every week! more
