Buyer beware! While Dean's Stove and Spa may present a friendly, accommodating business, don't count on support once they receive your final payment. Service is terrible, in fact horrific and BTW, you can't even speak with the owner, because "his too busy and he doesn't speak to customers!" We purchased our insert in May and are still waiting for the shoddy workmanship to be addressed-pictures of the damaged stove top unit sitting precariously on our chimney were sent almost two weeks ago and not even a phone call! So, while everything appears inviting, warm and friendly, run, don't walk out of this store!
